Extension Of AFSPA: এপ্রিল থেকে আরও ৬ মাস অরুণাচল প্রদেশে বাড়ল আফস্পা আইনের সময়সীমা
অরুণাচল প্রদেশের নামসাই, মহাদেবপুর এবং চৌখাম থানার আওতাধীন এই এলাকাগুলিতে ১ এপ্রিল থেকে ছয় মাসের জন্য উল্লেখিত আইনের সময় সীমা বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে কেন্দ্র ।
তিরাপ, চ্যাংলাং এবং লংডিং জেলাএবং তার সংলগ্ন এলাকাগুলিতে বাড়ল সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর বিশেষ ক্ষমতা আইন এর সময়সীমা। অরুণাচল প্রদেশের নামসাই, মহাদেবপুর এবং চৌখাম থানার আওতাধীন এই এলাকাগুলিতে ১ এপ্রিল থেকে ছয় মাসের জন্য আফস্পা আইনের সময় সীমা বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে কেন্দ্র । ইতিমধ্যেই রাজ্যের নামসাই জেলাকে 'অশান্ত এলাকা' হিসেবে ঘোষণা করেছে তারা। তারপরেই এই সিদ্ধান্ত।
