মহারাষ্ট্রের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী (Chief Minister of Maharashtra) পদে শপথ নিলেন শিবসেনা বিধায়ক একনাথ শিন্ডে (Eknath Shinde)। উপ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হিসেবে শপথ নিয়েছেন বিজেপি নেতা দেবেন্দ্র ফড়নবিস (Devendra Fadnavis)। তাঁদের শপথ বাক্য পাঠ করান মহারাষ্ট্রের রাজ্যপাল ভগৎ সিং কোশিয়ারি (Bhagat Singh Koshyari)। আজ আর কোনও মন্ত্রী শপথ নেননি।
