বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদের সময় শিশুকে অস্ত্র হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। রাজস্থান হাইকোর্টে বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদের মামলায় ছেলের ডিএনএ পরীক্ষার ফল আদালতের রেকর্ডে আনার দাবি করা হয়েছিল। সেই দাবি খারিজ করা হয় আদালতের তরফে। রাজস্থান হাইকোর্টের তরফে জানানো হয়, সম্পর্কে ব্যাভিচার করা হচ্ছে। ব্যাভিচারের অভিযোগে বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদের জন্য শিশুকে কোনওভাবেই অস্ত্র হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
