Delhi: ঘন কুয়াশার মাঝে দুর্ভোগ, দুই গাড়ির মুখোমুখি সংঘর্ষে প্রয়াত চালক
শনিবার সাত সকালে দক্ষিণ পশ্চিম দিল্লির সফদরজং এলাকায় ঘন কুয়াশার জেরে দুর্ঘটনার কবলে পরে দুই গাড়ি। মুখোমুখি সংঘর্ষের জেরে মারা যান এক চালক।
শীতের মরসুমে ভোরের বেলা ঘন কুয়াশায় চারিদিক ঢেকে থাকায় দৃশ্যমানতা কম থাকে। ফলে হামেশাই দুর্ঘটনা শিকার হয় ছোটবড় গাড়ি। শনিবার সাত সকালে দক্ষিণ পশ্চিম দিল্লির সফদরজং এলাকায় ঘন কুয়াশার জেরে দুর্ঘটনার কবলে পরে দুই গাড়ি। মুখোমুখি সংঘর্ষের জেরে একটি গাড়ির সামনের অংশ ভেঙে গুঁড়িয়ে গিয়েছে। দুর্ঘটনাস্থলেই মারা গিয়েছেন চালক। অপর গাড়ির চালক পলাতক। দুর্ঘটনার খবর পাওয়া মাত্রই সেখানে পৌঁছয় পুলিশ। শুরু হয়েছে তদন্ত। পুলিশ সূত্রে খবর, দুর্ঘটনার কবলে পড়া দুই গাড়িতে চালক ছাড়া আর কোন যাত্রী ছিল না। নয়তো প্রাণহানির সংখ্যা আরও বেশি হতে পারত।
