মেটিয়াব্রুজে (Metiabruz) নির্মীয়মান বহুতল ভেঙে পড়ার ঘটনায় মৃতের সংখ্যা বেড়ে হল ৪। তবে এখনও অনেকে আটকে রয়েছে, তাঁদের উদ্ধার করার কাজ চালাচ্ছে উদ্ধারকারী দল। অন্যদিকে, আহতদের দেখা করেছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় (Mamata Banerjee)। পাশাপাশি এই ঘটনার অন্যতম অভিযুক্ত প্রোমোটার মহম্মদ ওয়াসিমকে ইতিমধ্যেই গ্রেফতার করেছে পুলিশ। গোটা ঘটনার তদন্ত চলছে।
