সমাজবাদী পার্টির প্রধান অখিলেশ যাদবকে সমন পাঠাল সিবিআই। আগামীকাল তাঁকে উপস্থিত হওয়ার কথা জানানো হয়েছে। উত্তরপ্রদেশের হামিরপুর জেলায় একটি অবৈধ খননকার্য নিয়ে সাক্ষী হিসেবে তাঁকে ডাকা হয়েছে।
১৬০ সিআরপিসি আইন মোতাবেক অখিলেশ যাদবকে দিল্লিতে ডেকে পাঠানো হয়েছে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য।
