নয়াদিল্লিঃ বরফে ঢেকেছে উত্তরাখণ্ড(Uttarakhand)। ৫ ফিট বরফের তলায় কেদারনাথ(Kedarnath), বদ্রীনাথ ধাম(Badrinath Dham)। আজ, ২৯ ডিসেম্বর একটু রোদের মুখ দেখেছে উত্তরাখণ্ড। বছর শেষে প্রবল তুষারপাতের আশঙ্কা। আজ ও কাল আবহাওয়া একই থাকার পূর্বাভাস দিয়েছে স্থানীয় আবহাওয়া দফতর।
