ফের এক রুশ নাগরিকের (Russia) মৃত্যু ওড়িশায় (Odisha) । রাশিয়ার নাগরিক মিলাকভ সার্গেইয়ের মৃতদেহ মেলে একটি পণ্যবাহী জাহাজে। ওড়িশা উপকূলে দাঁড় করানো পণ্যবাহী জাহাজের মধ্যে কীভাবে রুশ নাগরিক তথা ওই জাহাজের প্রধান ইঞ্জিনিয়র কভ সার্গেইয়ের মৃত্যু হল, তা নিয়ে তদন্ত শুরু হয়েছে। ওড়িশা পুলিশ এবং উপকূলরক্ষী বাহিনীর তরফে একযোগে তদন্ত শুরু হয়েছে বলে খবর। প্রসঙ্গত এর আগেও এক রুশ নাগরিকের মৃত্যু ঘিরে শোরগোল শুরু হয়ে যায়।
