Complete Blackout: পাতিয়ালা থেকে ভূজ, ফাজিলকা থেকে আম্বালায় চলছে ব্ল্যাকআউট
জম্মু-কাশ্মীরের মত পঞ্জাব, হরিয়ানবা, গুজরাটের বেশ কিছু জায়গায় সম্পূর্ণ ব্ল্যাকআউট করা হয়েছে। বেশীরভাগ জায়গাতেই সতর্কতামূলক ব্যবস্থা হিসেবেই ব্ল্যাকআউট চলছে।
জম্মু-কাশ্মীরের মত পঞ্জাব, হরিয়ানবা, গুজরাটের বেশ কিছু জায়গায় সম্পূর্ণ ব্ল্যাকআউট করা হয়েছে। বেশীরভাগ জায়গাতেই সতর্কতামূলক ব্যবস্থা হিসেবই ব্ল্যাকআউট চলছে। সংঘর্ষ বিরতি ঘোষণা হলেও জম্মুর উধমপুর, শ্রীনগরে পাকিস্তান ড্রোন হামলার চেষ্টা করেছে বলে খবর। এরপর থেকেই উত্তর ভারতের কিছু রাজ্যের কিছু অংশে ব্ল্যাকআউট ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। পঞ্জাবের পাতিয়ালায় পুরোপুরি ব্ল্যাকআউট চলছে। হরিয়ানার আম্বালাতেও করা হয়েছে ব্ল্যাক আউট। গুজরাটের কচ্ছের ভুজেও সেখানকার সব আলো নেভানো হয়েছে।
