পূর্ব দিল্লিতে বসবাসকারী ৪০ বছরের এক ব্যক্তিকে তার নিজের মেয়েকে ধর্ষণের অভিযোগ গ্রেফতার করা হল। গতকাল, রাত ১০টা নাগাদ ১৪ বছরের এক নাবালিকা ময়ুর বিহার পুলিশ স্টেশনে ফোন করে জানায় তার বাবা তাকে বারবার ধর্ষণ করে। কিছু বলতে গেলেই অত্যাচার করে।
এরপর পুলিশ অভিযোগ খতিয়ে দেখে পূর্ব দিল্লিতে থাকা বিহারের মকসুদকে গ্রেফতার করে। নিজের মেয়েকে ধর্ষণের অভিযোগ ওঠা সেই ব্যক্তি ড্রাগে আসক্ত। দিল্লিতে বাড়ি ভাড়া নিয়ে পরিবারকে নিয়ে থাকে সে।
