Child Rape: ২০ মাসের শিশুকে ধর্ষণে অভিযুক্ত ৩৫ বছরের ব্যক্তির
মুম্বইয়ের ওরলির ৩৫ বছরের ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে ২০ মাসের শিশুকে ধর্ষণের অভিযোগ উঠল। শিশুটিকে তার মায়ের কাছ থেকে নিজের ঘরে নিয়ে গিয়ে ধর্ষণ করে ৩৫বছরের সেই ব্যক্তি।
মুম্বইয়ের ওরলির ৩৫ বছরের ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে ২০ মাসের শিশুকে ধর্ষণের অভিযোগ উঠল। শিশুটিকে তার মায়ের কাছ থেকে নিজের ঘরে নিয়ে গিয়ে ধর্ষণ করে ৩৫বছরের সেই ব্যক্তি। শিশুটিকে খুব কাঁদতে দেখে সন্দেহ হলে বোঝা যায় সব কিছু। এমন অভিযোগে পুলিশের দ্বারস্থ হয় শিশুটির পরিবার।
প্রাথমিক তদন্তের পর ৩৫ বছরের ব্যক্তিকে গ্রেফতার করে পুলিশ। তার বিরুদ্ধে পসকো আইন এবং ভারতীয় দণ্ডবিধির ৩৭৬ ধারায় মামলা দায়ের করা হয়েছে।
