মুক্তির প্রথম দিন ভালো গেল না মিস্টার পারফেকশনিস্টের। এমনিতেও ছবির মুক্তির দিন ঘোষণা হওয়ার পর থেকেই বিতর্ক পিছু ছাড়েনি আমির খান অভিনীত লাল সিং চাড্ডার। একদল ছবি বয়কটের ডাক দিয়েছে , একদল দেখতে যাওয়ার আবেদন জানিয়েছেন। এত সবের মাঝে ১১ই অগাস্ট মুক্তি পেয়েছে ছবিটি। সূত্রের খবর প্রথম দিনের বক্স অফিস কালেকশন এসেছে মাত্র ১২ কোটি। সিনে প্রেমীরা আশা রাখছেন এখনো সপ্তাহের ৩দিন বাকি সে ক্ষেত্রে ভালো কিছু খবর আসতে পারে। তবে একসাথে মুক্তি প্রাপ্ত রক্ষাবন্ধন ছবির থেকে সামান্য হলেও এগিয়ে আছে লাল সিং চাড্ডা।
