জিয়া খান আত্মহত্যা মামলায় নজরে থাকা আদিত্যা পাঞ্চোলির ছেলে সুরজ পাঞ্চোলিকে ডেকে পাঠাল সিবিআই। আত্মহত্যার প্ররোচনার অভিযোগ উঠেছিল সুরজ পাঞ্চোলির বিরুদ্ধে।
জুন ৩, ২০১৩ সালে নিজের অ্যাপার্টমেন্টে মৃত অবস্থায় পাওয়া যায় জিয়া খানের দেহ। ঘটনার পর অভিযোগ ওঠে সুরজ পাঞ্চোলির বিরুদ্ধে। তার বিরুদ্ধে দায়ের করা হয় অভিযোগ। সেই মামলায় সিবিআই কোর্টে যাচ্ছেন সুরজ পাঞ্চোলি।
