গতকাল ২৮ জুলাই প্রেক্ষাগৃহে মুক্তি পেয়েছে রণবীর সিং (Ranveer Singh) এবং আলিয়া ভাট (Alia Bhatt) অভিনীত 'রকি অওর রানি কি প্রেম কাহানি' (Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani)। এই ছবির হাত ধরে সাত বছর পর পরিচালনায় ফিরেছেন করণ জোহার (Karan Johar)। মুক্তির আগেই দেশে জুড়ে বিভিন্ন মাল্টিপ্লেক্সে বিপুল পরিমাণে ছবির অগ্রিম টিকিট বিক্রি হয়েছে। ছবির প্রচারেও তুমুল সাড়া মিলেছিল দর্শকদের কাছ থেকে। কিন্তু মুক্তির প্রথম দিনে রকি অওর রানি কি প্রেম কাহানি-র ব্যবসা নির্মাতাদের আশানুরূপ হল না। প্রথম দিনের শেষে করণের ছবি দেশ জুড়ে মোট ব্যবসা করেছে ১১ কোটি ১০ লক্ষ টাকা।
